Our goal is to provide easy-to-use online tools to support instruction and promote a safer and more encouraging teaching and learning environment.
The following Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between Sandifer Educational Services LLC, also referred to as "Us","We", or "Our" and you, also referred to as "You", "Your", "Client", "Visitor", or "User".
This agreement may be amended by us at any time without any prior notice to you. Revised versions can be found at this website with the most recent effective date included. You should review this agreement each time you wish to access our applications.

We will not share your contact information or any other personally identifiable information about you or other individuals serviced by your agency at any time. By signing up for our services, including, but not limited to, our free trials, pilot programs, and research options, you agree to allow us to store your personal information and other entries provided by you on a secure database. This information must be stored for the use of our service, and it provides an open line of communication for us to better serve your needs. Occasionally we may send you electronic communications through the email address you provide to promote our products and keep you updated with relevant information. Additionally, we may contact you through the email address and phone number you provide when you sign up for our online applications.
Account Eligibility
It is our primary goal to offer effective applications to help save you time and money, but we are also a business. We must receive payments in a timely manner so we can continue to serve our customers for many years to come.
Any person completing this registration must meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age, and
- You are legally qualified to provide professional services, and
- You hold a valid teaching certification and are appointed by your administrator to lead certain school programs, or
- You hold a valid educational leadership endorsement or equivalent certification.
Your account is in good standing and eligible for services when you provide payment in full by the annual due date. The new service cycle and due date will begin on the first of August each year. Once payment is received, full access will be granted until the following service cycle. In some cases an extension may be provided if user provides a written statement before August 1st explaining why payment is delayed. Some features may be locked while the account is delinquent, and late fees will be applied after 15 days. Regardless of when an account was created, annual fees will be the same for all accounts with no option for prorating.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate an account at any time without the user's consent. Any violation of this agreement will result in termination of our services. Any person attempting to access an account unlawfully will be suspended and investigated. If an account was created for a school district, but exceeds the number of schools listed in your license agreement, your district must pay the regular school account fee plus an additional fee to modify the license agreement within 15 days. Otherwise, the new account will be deleted. We will not be responsible for data lost from any account that is deleted for violating a license agreement.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and the privacy of others. The information stored is confidential and secure. The user is expected to protect individual information at all times.
It is your responsibility to secure your agency's computers, your personal computer, and/or your employees personal devices from malicious software. If you cannot secure a device, do not use it with our services.
Usernames and Passwords should never be shared with anyone, and any breach of security will be the responsibility of the user.
You must ensure applications are completely closed when not in use to prevent unauthorized access.
We value your privacy and only use your information to provide a secure link when you wish to use our services. We use Session Cookies which allow our applications to operate smoothly from page to page.
You are required to sign out to end the session and close the application when it is not in use. Additionally, you must close all browsers when you sign out to ensure the session ends completely.
We will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products including unauthorized access when sessions are left open.
We will not share your personal information with any third party ever. We use your personal information to associate you with the account(s) you create. We store data about you such as your name, email address,
school contact information and address so we can perform routine business operations such as collecting payments and marketing our services.
We may send email notifications when necessary, but we limit how much information we share to protect personally identifiable information.
We also communicate through the email address you provide to promote our products and services. You can opt out of these promotional emails at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies to simplify your tasks such as signing in to your account and loading page options faster. Cookies identify your device by its IP Address and store a small file that can speed up certain tasks. You can turn cookies off on your device or computer in settings, but certain features may be hindered without the use of cookies. We use session cookies which allow our pages to identify you as a signed in user. Without these cookies the tools will not operate. By using our services, you agree to accept cookies on your device or computer. You can choose when your device will accept cookies at any time in your settings. We may report statistics to your state's department of education and local education agencies when requested. In such cases, we reserve the right to release district information such as school name, behaviors reported, positive outcomes, and general information that does not breach confidentiality.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Privacy Policies at any time. This agreement may be amended by us at any time without any prior notice to you. Revised versions can be found at this website with the most recent effective date included. You should review this agreement each time you wish to access our applications.
Intellectual Property:
The online resources purchased by or for your district, or offered through our pilot program, are provided for your recording and reporting purposes only. You and/or your designated users may not modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
Artificial Intellegence
Interactive communication tools responding to users on our website are designed by deep learning models, such as Chat GPT. Any feedback or other responses provided by these features should neither be construed as real, nor the best practice for finding answers and/or solutions for any personal and/or business related activities. Therefore, user acknowledges the use of these results are provided as is and fully understands responses, even though somewhat convincing, are completely detached from any real human interaction. Limitation of Liability:
Every effort is made to ensure your data is backed up and easily accessible. We understand that there are time constrainsts and deadlines established by your state and local educational agency. In the event of power outages or updates to our systems, some services may be temporarily unavailable for users. In the event that this occurs, you will be promptly notified.
Your data is stored on a secure database and will be available to you once you provide your individual log in credentials. Never share your username or password with any other person. Users must ensure their devices are protected with anti-virus software and remember to log out each time you finish using our website. Everytime you plan to log in on our website, make sure you have typed the address exactly as it is intended. Check to make sure the website has https at the beginning and check the certificate for the website's authenticity. If you are ever uncertain of any website you visit, verify the url and check the spelling carefully each time before logging in.
We will not be held liable for any information that gets lost or stolen due to viruses, connection errors, power outages, computer crashes, or any other events that may occur on the client's side of operations.
Our applications and services are provided "As Is", without warranty of any kind, and, though we will work diligently to fix any errors that may occur, we will not be held liable for bugs, errors, inaccurate data, loss of data, viruses, or any other factors that may result in any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We will not be held liable for any litigation against you, your designees, or your agency
from the use of or the inability to use our applications or services.
